Delivery Timeframes

Handwritten Postcards will handwrite and post your postcard within 48 business hours. Postcards are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Australia Post delivery times vary from 2-10 business days for international destinations and 2-6 business days within Australia.

Refund Policy and Returns

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

• is significantly different from the description or photograph of the postcard;
• has been handwritten differently to the submitted text

As stipulated in our Terms and Conditions Handwritten Postcards will not post orders that do not meet the fun and friendly criteria. Any Postcards that are not sent – will incur a $2.00 administration fee on refund.
