Terms and Conditions

I understand and agree that:

1. Handwritten Postcards currently only process messages written in English, French or German.
2. Handwritten Postcards use unused second hand vintage postcards. The conditions of the postcards vary but are represented in the individual product images
3. Handwritten Postcards will process all eligible orders. This means they will write the requested details on the postcard, stamp and post the postcard within 48 hours. Handwritten Postcards can not be held responsible for postal services failure to deliver outside of their control.
4. Handwritten Postcards do not take responsibility for postcards that do not make their intended recipient due to unknown reasons or reasons outside of their control.
5. Handwritten Postcards exercises the right to refuse to write and post inappropriate material outside of the fun and friendly criteria.
6. Handwritten Postcards will not write and post messages that:
   • Use derogatory or offensive language
   • Are seen to insult an individual
   • Are sexist, racist or homophobic
   • Include any details concerning an illegal/criminal activity

7. Any Postcards that are not processed – will incur a $2.00 administration fee on refund.
8. I will not hold Handwritten Postcards responsible for any results, perceived or real due to the posting of my postcard.
9. I understand and accept that Handwritten Postcards are sent from Australia, stamped with Australian postage stamps relevant to destination address.
